Pennsylvania State Police reports:
Felony Warrant: Troopers stopped a 2008 Chevrolet Impala on Interstate 95 north in Upper Chichester for a suspended registration. The operator, Jordan Harris, 35 of Rising Sun, Md., was found to have an active warrant out of Maryland and was arrested.
Drug sale: At 11:42 a.m. Troopers stopped a 2019 Nissan Sentra on Interstate 95 north for traffic violations. The operator was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana. After obtaining a search warrant, investigators found 1.69 pounds of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, cash and cellphones in the vehicle. Charges were filed against Ian Howell, 39, of Philadelphia.
DUI: Troopers responded to an accident on the off-ramp of Interstate 476 north at Baltimore Pike at 2:45 p.m. The driver of a 2016 Ford Explorer, William McFadden, 66, of Springfield was charged with driving under the influence after rear-ending a 2023 Subaru waiting at the traffic light. One person was taken to the hospital for a minor injury.
Hit and Run: Troopers responded to Interstate 95 south at the Highland Ave exit at 7:41 a.m. for a hit and run with one minor injury. The victim attempted to merge into the center lane at the same time a tractor-trailer did. The vehicle hit the rear of the truck, which did not stop.
Retail theft: At 12:24 p.m. Troopers were dispatched to Boscov's and Kohl's in Middletown for the report of a retail theft in progress. Three juveniles from Brookhaven and Chester were arrested with nearly $500 in merchandise from the two stores.
Vehicle theft: A resident at Glen Riddle Station in the 200 block of Glen Riddle Road, Middletown reported the theft of a red and black 2007 Triumph Daytona motorcycle from the parking lot between 7:15 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. While canvassing the area troopers discovered another resident reported their 2016 Yamaha motorcycle was also missing
Theft: Troopers received a report of the theft of building materials for a new home on Ponds Edge Drive in Middletown. Items taken included more than $2,000 worth of Delta bathroom and kitchen faucets and supplies. The victim believes the theft occurred overnight.
Catalytic convertor theft: A 2006 Honda had its catalytic convertor taken while in the parking lot of 100 Applied Bank Blvd. in Concord. The theft was reported at 6:50 p.m.
Pothole sets off airbag: The driver of a 2011 Nissan Altima was not injured after hitting a pothole about 1:52 a.m. on Route 322 west of the onramp with Interstate 95. The impact caused the airbags to deploy amd damaged the undercarriage.
Retail theft: Loss prevention at Target in Concord reported that on April 4 $1,740 in items were taken from the store by someone who left through a rear emergency exit and fled in a black Jeep Cherokee. Items taken include two electric scooters, a video game controller, an air fryer and nonstick cookware.
Theft from vehicle: A resident of 50 at Granite Run in Middletown reported a Pioneer Bluetooth radio valued at $150 was taken from her car.

Theft from vehicle: A resident of Coventry Lane in Chester Heights reported $20 in change taken from unlocked vehicles overnight.
