Rihanna Lists Tudor

Jan 13, 2024Jan 13, 2024

Rihanna is ready to part ways with the Tudor-inspired estate she picked up back in March of 2021, according to Mansion Global. The pop sensation has listed one of her two Beverly Hills Post Office mansions for $10.5 million. She paid $10 million for the property, so there doesn't seem to be much room for a profit after factoring in closing costs. But the Grammy winner still owns the adjacent $13.8 million property she bought three months prior and it doesn't seem as if she plans on letting go of that one quite yet.

The gated property, well-hidden amongst lush foliage, features a main house and a detached guest house built in 1939. It comes complete with four bedrooms and five bathrooms and spans close to half an acre of land, per the listing. Images show a contemporary decor style complemented by tons of historic features, though it's unclear whether or not the current upgrades are courtesy of the Fenty Beauty mogul or if they reflect the previous owner's taste. The Grammy winner's main residence has been a condo at Los Angeles's tony The Century building since 2014 (she recently added to her portfolio in the tower with a $21 million penthouse purchase in April) so it is unlikely that Rihanna ever lived in the Tudor-inspired home.

Images show a study and a screening room with stunning exposed wood beams on the ceiling and dark cathedral-style beams and paneling in a formal living room. An upgraded chef's kitchen with a breakfast nook shares space with a lounge area. Kitchen doors open up to a backyard with a red brick patio and pool, a small pavilion, and a fire pit. Upstairs, an expansive primary suite lets in lots of sunshine and features two reading nooks attached to the windows. The ensuite bathroom boasts striking black-and-white flooring with a double vanity, a claw-foot bathtub, and a standalone shower clad in black-and-white marble.

Elsewhere on the grounds are a small but well-manicured lawn, a half basketball court, a flourishing vegetable garden, and the detached one-bedroom guest house complete with a kitchenette and office space.

With a son who recently celebrated his first birthday and another baby on the way, it's likely that Rihanna will remain in her 9,300-square-foot penthouse at The Century—previously owned by Friends star Matthew Perry—for the time being. But who knows; if there's one thing the multi-hyphenate is not, it's predictable.
